It’s been on my tailgate every weekend since it arrived, and the EmBarrier shell shrugged off a few stray sparks from the fire pit without a mark. The puffy loft keeps me warm down to the low 30s, and the full-size cut actually covers my shoulders and feet at the same time.
I was a little worried about the fabric being stiff, but it's surprisingly soft and drapes nicely. The ember-resistant shell gave me real peace of mind while I was poking at the fire, and it kept me perfectly warm through the whole evening.
Took this camping last weekend and sat way too close to the fire with a few stray sparks landing on it — the polyester shell didn't even show a mark. It's surprisingly lightweight for a full-sized blanket, so it packs down easy but still keeps you toasty. My only worry is I'll never want to give it
